We came here very enthusiastic about the reviews but we were disappointed by the food and service. Our large group of 8 dined in the a/c room and ordered the most expensive Lobster Set items on the menu. We even upgraded to the 1 kg lobster for 1.35 million more and added additional items and a table of beers.
The staff didn’t have English menus and we sat there waiting for over 20 mins while they tried to find some, this was after we waited 20 minutes for a seat.
After the food finally arrived the peeled Shrimp dish we chose was Garlic Butter flavored as presented. When it arrived it was clearly some sort of Coconut sauce and I asked my table and even the waitress to please taste it and she and my entire party confirmed it tasted like coconut along with many other things on the menu. Maybe they add coconut to everything?
I asked for it to be changed to garlic butter as requested and the staff seemed to have a huge issue with that request, and look at me dumbfounded by my requested. The waitress finally got some manager guy over who spoke only Korean and they both gave me a dumbfounded response and said this is their butter and garlic sauce and refused to replace it, and I said this isn’t what Garlic and Butter tastes like, and we were staring at each other while my entire party witness their lack of courtesy. They didn’t resolve my issue and gave me another black pepper sauce instead in a bowl.
After spending close to 5 million Dong and upgrading to the most expensive items on their menu you would think they would accommodate, instead they lacked interest in our table afterwards and it became a strange environment that my whole party agreed that the whole vibe was weird. When we asked for our bill the staff seemed flustered and started to argue between each other.
Ultimately we will not be back. So unfortunate that this Korean establishment wouldn’t accommodate such a small change and ran away from making the situation better. For these reasons I have to give them 1 star due to the Korean gentleman not budging and looking at us dumbfounded.

The managers were amazingly kind and gracious. He looks after all the tables carefully, not only adults but each babies too. And help us with any questions or decisions with big smiles. A lady in charge of the AC room was always willing to help you to have a wonderful dining time without any bothersome stuff. All staff reacted rapidly, well trained, and were helpful and such a professional of extracting crab or shrimp juicy meat.
I visited this restaurant 3 times during my short 12 days stay in Danang. Every and each time was so PERFECT and fascinating experience. My parents and parents in law both party loved here too. Definitely would be my 1st choice to go, if I have a chance to visit...
