I am very satisfied and hope there are not too many people, as this is an accommodation that only we want to know about. I really don't want to write a review, but still, I would like to review as much as I received.
Hygiene: This is the 1st reason why I chose this hotel. My husband wanted a place that was as clean as water, so we searched through everything and made a reservation, and it turned out he was right. I brought the filter with me, replaced the shower filter, and used it for 4 days. The water was so clear that not a single color changed.
Location: It's not far from the night market, about a 15-18 minute walk, which is a good thing. If it had been right in front, I probably wouldn't have been able to sleep due to the noise. It is about a 25-minute walk from Godalat Mart. (Unintentionally, rush hour was heavy due to the year-end event on December 31st, so I decided to walk.) Location-wise, it is situated near the city center, which was the second most influential factor in deciding where to stay. I recommend it.
Breakfast Breakfast isn't bad, and it has everything you need for breakfast in the morning.
Rice noodles - Changes daily. Be sure to try it. Coffee - Vietnamese coffee cannot be left out. Yogurt - If you come to Da Lat and don't eat yogurt, you will lose. And yogurt sells out really quickly. I was thirsty 2 out of 4 days because there was nothing to eat. Be sure to eat it
The overall taste of breakfast - delicious. It was just right, not too salty or too strong.
4.Noise, bedding Some of you may have seen the chicken sound-related content in the review. We chose the city view rather than the garden view, and we didn't hear the rooster crow. It was impossible to avoid the noise of the bus crashing on the side of the road. If you are a sensitive sleeper, this may be a concern, but lighting and bedding solve all problems.
The bedding was so comfortable that we checked in at 3 a.m. on our first day, fell asleep at 3:30 a.m. and woke up at 8 a.m. and felt really refreshed. Even though the lighting was good, the lighting was so bright that I woke up really refreshed rather than reluctant, and the mornings were really refreshing during my stay.
5.Service ah. This is something I really never thought about. They were really attentive and attentive, and I received a lot of help. Among the staff serving in the breakfast lounge, there was a person with dark glasses and a height of about 173 cm. I couldn't ask his name, but if he was worried about something, he would come up to me and ask and take care of it. Of course, the same was true for other employees.
In particular, Hana, the manager at the lobby reception desk, was very helpful. They took really good care of me, and paid so much attention to detail that I thought this was their service mindset.
Last night, around 9pm on Monday 24.01.01 There were young male and female employees at the desk, but I couldn't confirm their names. Thank you again to the female staff. We talked about various things, received information, and helped me make urgent changes and find out, so I was able to finish my Dalat trip well until the end.
We have traveled to many countries and cities, and this is our first time in Dalat: Da Nang, Hoi An, Nha Trang, and Dalat. Even my husband said it was the best accomodatoin he had ever stayed in in Vietnam. We were really satisfied and if nothing changes, we will definitely stay here when we come to Dalat again.
I had such a great stay that I don't want to recommend it to just anyone, but only to those who are really...
Read moreI stayed for 4 nights after reading the recent recommended reviews, but the conclusion is that Dalat doesn't seem to have a top-ranking hotel where Koreans can stay comfortably. The breakfast is poor, the service of the staff is somewhat lacking, and the cleanliness of the housekeeping is also lacking. Especially the attitude of the chubby female staff at the reception is so bad. It was inconvenient to have a few umbrellas in the hotel in Dalat during the rainy season. There seemed to be five or six, but when I was going out for dinner, it rained, so I tried to use the umbrella provided in the lobby. However, the female receptionist did not lend us our umbrellas, saying that all Vietnamese guests had rented them, so we soon had to leave for another area and had to purchase plastic raincoats and umbrellas that we did not need. On the 2nd or 3rd day of the stay, I returned the umbrella after using it for a few hours, and the female employee said she did not see it even though it had already been returned. It felt bad to treat a transparent plastic umbrella that costs 40,000 VND (only about 2,000 Korean Won) in the store right in front of the hotel. If you add up the tips I gave to the staff, I would have bought several umbrellas... Even if you leave housekeeping tips, the cleaning condition is not very clean. After breakfast, we went to Datanla Falls and came back from the rain around 3pm to take a shower. However, it was inconvenient because I came to housekeeping at such a late hour and had to leave my seat at another cafe outside without being able to wash during the cleaning time. I stayed on the highest floor, but the soundproofing was not good, but I was forced to wake up by the sound of a chicken crowing & construction work right in front of our room. Oh, there was no room service, so I had to use Grab Food, and I asked for ice in the evening, but there is no basket, so please note that they serve...
Read moreMy recent stay at Le Recit Boutique Hotel was an absolute delight, and I can't help but express my heartfelt appreciation for the impeccable hospitality and outstanding service provided by the hotel staff. The hotel's staff members deserve every bit of praise for their attentiveness and professionalism. Their willingness to go above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction is truly commendable, and everyone demonstrated an unparalleled dedication to creating a memorable experience for their guests!
I would especially like to extend my gratitude to the General Manager, Phong, for his remarkable leadership and personal touch. Phong's presence was felt throughout my stay, and his attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction were evident in every aspect of the hotel's operations. His warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel like a valued guest, and he ensured that all my needs were met promptly and efficiently, with his invaluable recommendations for local attractions. It's rare to encounter a General Manager who is so genuinely invested and involved in the well-being and happiness of guests, and Phong's passion for his work truly sets Le Recit apart.
Aside from the exceptional service, the hotel itself is a true gem. The architecture and interior design are a perfect blend of elegance and contemporary style.
