I don't know if ratings are important to you, but the health is more important to customers.
On May 15th, my wife and I had dinner at your restaurant because it was our anniversary.
I ate sashimi and sushi alone, and the sashimi tasted a little too strong, but I didn't think much of it.
My wife ate pizza and warm miso soup. She doesn't like sashimi.
After dinner, I came home right away, and a few hours later, I suddenly developed a high fever, reaching 40.5 degrees.
I started having diarrhea, and I had to go to the bathroom four times before I went to the emergency room at Hoan My Hospital early in the morning the next day, the 16th.
I received emergency treatment at the hospital, including antipyretics and antidiarrheals, and returned home with so many kind of medicines for 5 days from the hospital, but when the diarrhea and high fever started again, I had to go to toilet six times more, I went to the emergency room at Lam Dong Hospital this time.
The hospital admitted me after emergency treatment, and I was finally able to be discharged on the 20th.
On May 16th, around 6 AM, I was the only Korean patient who entered the emergency room of Hoan My Hospital and around 6 PM, Lam Dong Hospital. So you can confirm the facts. My last name is Kim.
If you check the medical records of both hospitals, you will know how much I suffered.
Even though Lam Dong Hospital strongly advised me against discharge because my platelet count was seriously low, I wrote a letter of intent and insisted on being discharged on the 20th because I had a business trip to Malaysia on the 22nd.
I have recovered my health now, but at that time, I suffered severely for a week, and my wife and brother-in-law suffered a lot.
And I wasted a lot of time and spent a lot of money on hospital bills.
If this had happened in Korea, you would have been investigated by the government health center immediately, and you would have had to suspend your business, and you would have had to pay me a huge amount of compensation for the damages.
But this is Vietnam, a backward country, so I tried to understand everything, and I just gave you a low star rating, and I don't expect any other compensation. That's just all.
How dare you are even dissatisfied with that, so please, if you want to sell food, pay attention to hygiene first.
The customer rating is not something you should...
Read moreStumbled upon this fusion Japanese western restaurant and it was such a lovely experience to dine here. Service was polite. Menu was not extensive but covered a range of cuisine from sushi to pizza and pasta as well as some Japanese sides. Portions are adequate.
The pepperoni pizza was delicious. Crust is soft and crispy. Not too thick nor thin. Takoyaki doesn’t taste like the authentic Japanese one - this one tasted more like deep fried version. The filings was dense with tiny squid but the overall flavours wasn’t bad.
The fried eel sushi roll was delicious. Lesser and loose rice (unlike the conventional maki) but the overall flavours - unagi and avocado and the sweet sauce (I am guessing something like teriyaki based) was well balanced.
The only downside is their dish serving time varies and can take quite a while even if the shop wasn’t extremely packed.
This concluded our last dinner in dalat and it was a rather...
Read moreI'll start with the good, the place has a pretty nice atmosphere and interior, comfortable tables and chairs, but otherwise, of course, everything is not very good, the main ingredient of the rolls is a giant piece of cucumber and rice, it is obvious that either this is an extreme degree of economy, or the cooks do not understand why there is cucumber in the rolls and in what form it should be there. Sashimi is made from the cheapest part of the fish, in fact, these are scraps, the rolls themselves, as I already wrote, are just rice and cucumber, with a light coating of fish. If you have never tried rolls in a good Japanese restaurant, then it is better not to spoil your first impression, and if you still tried it, then this is clearly not what you are looking for, in any case, I would not recommend this place, unless you are an ardent fan of rice...
