The coffee was prepared nicely, their selection of a specialty + coffee gets you a cup with dual sensory options (to increase flavour intensity and a mouthfeel side).

The staff are very friendly and re-fill your water for you constantly so you're well looked after. The AC is strong, there's plenty of sockets to work from and decent WiFi, and seating upstairs/downstairs. Easily in the top 3 cafes in Hanoi. We kept coming back. Plus their Teas were nice too.
