The hotel is located a kilometer and a half away from the busy and noisy streets of Old Quarter (15 minutes by walk). We were not really expecting much given our experience from the first two hotels we have stayed in. This one's really worth the money we paid for. Room is always kept clean. Toiletries are complete. Towels and sheets are clean and fresh. ||||Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is quite tasty; although they served similar dishes during our entire stay (three nights). Please listen me out. I'm staying at this hotel for three nights. After the first night, I put on the clean room sign, and go out for the day. I come back at 4:30 in the afternoon. Literally all the cleaning staff did was move the comforter on the bed, nothing else. No replacing of water, no replacing of used towels. No new 3 in One coffee mix, they didn't even exchange the dirty coffee cup. The did not empty the trash. They could not have spent more than 30 seconds doing the room. I support trade unions, but my God, this is just unacceptable. Without this complete failure of care for the job, this would be a two 🌟 hotel, as it shows it age to a high degree. My husband chose this hotel because of its location which was out of the old quarters. He needed a quiet place to do some studying. ||||It looks like a place catered for the local people. Breakfast isnt good, not much varieties. The coffee pot was so hot that no one could lift it. ||||Service was..BAD.
