Bun cha is a delicious broth/soup with chunks of pork and pork sausage. Served with rice noodles, the ubiquitous mound of greens and bean sprouts. Delicious and hearty. I also tried their seafood spring rolls, but was less impressed. Greasy, with a single shell-on shrimp pushed into dough and then the entire thing is fried. I peeled the shell off but perhaps you're supposed to just eat it all? Flavor was ok but I thought I was getting the more fresh-style spring roll.

Worth trying but a bit expensive regarding the deliciousness of the bun cha. The sliced pork got me disappointed because it's dry, jerky lean pork because they don't use belly pork. The ground cha is the high light with savory and greasy taste inside. Not many herb types were served - just coriander and spinach. I may come back...

Đến vào lúc khoảng 21h kém( ở cửa thấy dán 9h30 đóng cửa). Sợ mn nghỉ để 30 phút cuối dọn dẹp nên, Đã hỏi nv về việc đã đóng cửa chưa, nhân viên trả lời chưa nên mới vào. Mình có rất nhiều điều k hài lòng về quán Thứ nhất, lúc vào chỉ còn 1bàn ăn, nhưng mình phải chờ rất rất lâu mà k được nói lấy 1 câu là vì quán e sắp đóng nên mới vậy hay gì Thứ2, nếu k thể phục vụ thì lúc mình vào nên nói rằng quán e hết đồ hay đóng cửa. Lần đầu tiên mình ăn như bị đuổi. Nv nói lớn, lau nhà(mình k nói) nhưng lau nhà loạng choạng như cố phát ra tiếng lớn. Lau kêu từ dãy ghế đầu tới ghế cuối Mình chưa bao giờ đi ăn mà cảm thấy khó chịu đến thế, nói k phải quá nhưng mình ra chợ ăn còn cảm thấy nta ý tứ với mình hơn. Suất ăn mấy chục nghìn nhưng cũng là mình bỏ tiền ra ăn, mình k tới để ân trực Mình cũng biết là muộn rồi cb ấy dọn dẹp, cũng mệt mỏi.
