I was ordering chicken with specific chicken part, the regular staff in orange uniforms are okay, as a foreigner, they treated me good service and even try to speak English. But then the senior one, the one in grey uniforms behavior is not good at all, she looks angry because the junior who take my order, give her my specific order which is not like the one that the senior one has prepared, she threw away back the chicken to the tray and get another one unwillingly. And she handed it to me with angry eyes. This senior girl really need attitude correction and need to be disciplined, she was the one with grey uniform, long hair, no glasses one. I can’t get her name. Please POPEYES, don’t hired someone with this kind of attitude. Even with a hidden camera when I’m about to go, she was relaxing and still looks me with that...

No doubt on their spicy fried chicken taste and flavor, especially the Cajun Fries. But we are not satisfied with their service.

Initially we want to order ala carte worth 59k dong. Then the female cashier recommended a value set of 1 chicken + 1 fries @ 29k dong.

So we agreed. However, she just take all 59k without giving back the balance despite we asked for it.
