The restaurant was just okay, barely meeting the minimum standards. You can choose to eat in or take out, but the service was lackluster in both cases. If you decide to dine in, you can park your scooter under the building, but the path to the parking area is a bit bumpy. For takeout, you park outside. Orders are placed through a machine, and the staff won’t offer much assistance unless you ask specifically. The food took a long time to arrive, and the equipment was either broken (like the ketchup machine) or dirty (the seat on the second floor still had chicken crumbs, as if they only wiped the table and ignored the rest). You’re required to pick up your order in person, and the staff rarely brings it to you. The worst part was that there were a lot of staff both in the kitchen and in the dining area, but about 70% of them weren’t doing their jobs. I saw staff chatting and laughing near the cashier desk and blocking the garbage area, plus more staff talking on the second floor. While it’s fine to take it easy during your shift, they should at least finish their tasks first. The food was nothing special—just standard KFC fare. At least they didn’t mess it up, but the customer service definitely needs...

The side of fries that came with my meal literally had 13 medium sized fries.
The "spicy" chicken lacked any flavor at all. I wonder how bad the non-spicy version is.
The chicken itself was greasy and barely had any breading on it to give it a crispy element.
The burger only had about 70% of bread with meat, 30% was just...
