Chill Trên Nóc Nhà - Homebar & Homestay — Restaurant in Hà Nội

Mình muốn chia sẻ trải nghiệm tệ tại homestay này để cảnh báo mọi người. Sau 6 đêm mình phải chuyển đi chỗ khác vì không chịu nổi. Homestay này nhận tiền xong thì gần như “bỏ rơi” khách, hỗ trợ rất hời hợt.

Đặt phòng: Lúc đầu trả lời rất nhiệt tình, nhưng sau khi chuyển khoản thì mình nhắn hỏi gì cũng bị “ghost”, không phản hồi.

Tiện nghi: Chén bát, nồi nướng dơ, không thể sử dụng; rác bỏ trước cửa nhưng không ai dọn; giặt ủi tầng 6 luôn có đồ sẵn, không dùng được.

Không có thang máy: Muốn nhờ hỗ trợ phải đi bộ lên xuống 4–6 tầng rất cực.

Khách nước ngoài: Một bạn Siberia bị bỏ mặc dưới mưa vì homestay không trả lời tin nhắn và không có ai hỗ trợ check-in. Bạn ấy kiệt sức, bật khóc, chỉ khi hàng xóm gọi chủ nhà thì mới được xử lý.

Phòng ở thì bụi bẩn, nhà vệ sinh ố vàng, máy lạnh không mát. Nói chung, dịch vụ cực kém, khách Việt hay khách nước ngoài đều có thể bị “ghost”. Mọi người nên cân nhắc thật kỹ trước khi thuê. I want to share my bad experience at this homestay as a warning. After6 nights, I had to move out because it was unbearable. Once they received the payment, the host basically ghosted me and provided almost no support.

Booking: Before payment they were responsive, but afterward, my messages were ignored.

Facilities: Dirty dishes and cookware, trash left uncollected, and laundry machines on the 6th floor were always full so I couldn’t use them.

No elevator: Every time I needed help, I had to walk up and down 4–6 floors.

Foreign guest incident: A traveler from Siberia was left standing outside in the rain for over an hour with no reply from the host. She was exhausted after a 24-hour flight and even broke down crying. Only after a neighbor called the owner did someone show up.

The room itself was dusty, the bathroom stained, and the air-conditioner didn’t work properly. Overall, very poor service — both local and foreign guests risk being ghosted. Please think twice before...

Xin phép nói về người nhà 1 chút !!

Bọn mình có không gian ở tầng 3-6, bọn tớ sẽ đến tận nơi nhận order. Tầng 3 là work space, nơi phù hợp để ngồi làm việc và đọc sách trong khi nhâm nhi ly rượu. Tầng 4,5 là homestay. Khi các cậu thấy bọn tớ mở cửa phòng có nghĩa là không có khách, và các cậu có thể ngồi trong phòng homestay để “chill” với nhau. Nhưng cố gắng đừng đổ rượu ra sofa với giường nhé 😣 Còn tầng 6 là khoảng sân ngoài trời, nếu cậu thấy hôm nay là một ngày mát mẻ thì hãy ngồi thử. Đảm bảo cậu sẽ thích.
