I’m Japanese American who had really bad experience at Kichi kichi. My family try to have a lunch there at 14:00 7/18. They said that lunch time is closed. But google online shows they open 10:00 AM -10:00PM ( English site). And we try to eat there again at 12:50 today (7/20). They also told us it was closed. We were really upset about this situation, not allowing us in there. They are DISCRIMINATING. ONLY Vietnamese can allow to eat there. NO FOREIGNERS!!! Just a very unpleasant experience for significantly more money. Don’t go there if you want to...

The staff was very attentive to us (though a bit too much), unlike the other branches. We were served a complimentary portion of beef when we started. We did not have to wait for ages for our requests to be carried out. Dessert was amazing. 10/10 would come again to...
