I had a wonderful stay at Minasi Hanoi Hotel. The moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me warmly and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. The check-in process was quick, and they were always happy to help with directions, recommendations, or even booking local tours.||Firstly , i got a warmly welcome from the staffs named Eva and Sarah . They were very sweet and helpful to me to guide me all the informations I needed ||The room was spotless, modern, and cozy, with a comfortable bed and great amenities — everything from the air conditioning to the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary water and a good-quality hairdryer.||The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk to Hoan Kiem Lake, the Old Quarter, and plenty of cafes and street food spots. It’s quiet enough to get a good night’s sleep but still right in the middle of Hanoi’s vibrant atmosphere.||The breakfast was delicious, with both local and Western options, and the staff made sure everything was freshly prepared.||Overall, Minasi Hanoi Hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Hanoi — great value for money, excellent service, and a perfect location. Great location...easy walk to Hoan Kiem Lake, Trang Tien Plaza, Vietnamese Women's Museum. Also to the Hanoi Opera House, where you can catch the Hanoi City Tour/Hop-on Hop-off sightseeing bus. Good neighborhood with wide pavements, plenty of coffee shops and snacking options - Madame Huong (cakes and bakery items) is a treat! Professional staff. We have stayed at this wonderful hotel for a period of 6days all up, Each time we left and returned the staff were so welcoming. Nothing was a trouble to them when we asked for the help. Their breakfast menu is fantastic and service impeccable The hotels sits in a great location and close to everything.
