Horrendous service (or lack thereof) and attitude from staff. I was looking at the menu and no one came to greet me.

Even when I entered no one offered to seat me so I sat myself and when I asked about card payment the girl did not know what they accept and asked me to do a test payment? Like, how about you just tell me what cards you accept?

Another one tried to ask me to sit somewhere else, seemed because I was dining solo which just came across as devaluing the customer and I’m sure would not speak like this to a male solo diner, even though there were many tables available - I really did not like the attitude of the staff here - they seemed very prejudiced and their behavior was very unwelcoming.

the flavors felt quite unusual for me. The rib soup was not rich or distinctive in the way I expected from Thai cuisine. It lacked the clear aroma of cilantro or onion, yet it also did not have the light, refreshing sweetness that Vietnamese soups usually carry. The dipping sauce was the same — while it looked beautifully green, it delivered mainly a sharp sourness, very different from the bold, layered flavor of traditional Thai sauces.

Overall, the taste did not blend well and felt rather separate on my palate. We dined at this restaurant the very first time but probably the last time ever. There was hair in my dish so we complained with the staff but we got no apology from them. They took the dish to the kitchen and only God knew if they made a new dish or just removed the hair and returned the same dish to us. Most of the waiters/waitresses were extremely unprofessional. A lot of chit chat and even cussing (in a fun way) right next to customers. They were so busy chatting that they didn't even bother saying goodbye when we walked past them to leave the restaurant. Such a shame, because the food actually tasted decent. With that price range, just go to Haidilao and 4PS, do not make the same...
