August Coffee — Restaurant in Hội An

August Coffee was an absolute lifesaver during our stay in Hoi An! We were staying at Hoi An Beach Resort, where the coffee and food were pretty underwhelming — so we found ourselves coming to August almost daily for a proper caffeine fix and something tasty to eat.

Their egg bánh mì was delicious — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly satisfying. The coffee was consistently great, and the vibe of the café made it such a nice place to relax or grab something to go.

We also used their laundry service several times during our stay, and it was fantastic. Fast, affordable, and everything came back clean and neatly folded — couldn’t have asked for better service.

Highly recommend August Coffee if you’re in the area — for the food, the drinks, and the super convenient...

(Picture: coffee on the left is coconut, right is regular coffee with cow milk). Very fancy tourist Cafe. The waiters are really helpful and open to help you with questions. The coconut coffee is the tastiest drink in Vietnam in my dumb Tourist opinion. The one we got here was on the sweeter side, but you can probably ask them to do it less sweet.

We also had the Bahn mi with Eggs and it came without the meat sauce in it. We liked that because that way it was scarily vegetarian.

The coffee is of course expensive, but you get something...

I love this coffee shop. Very cozy design, it’s a great place to chill or do some laptop work. I have been coming everyday. I order the black coffee which is nice and strong! Bitter but in a good way. The coconut coffee is also very good and refreshing.

The banh mi is also really tasty. I spend a few hours here, it’s that welcoming.

The staff are also super friendly....
