Lolali Coffee and Foods (Air-conditioner) — Restaurant in Hội An

I have been here a few times now. It's nice! Might be more of a locals spot than the bright yellow cafe next to it. Also went there, but this place has more coffee options.

Got the iced milk coffee and egg coffee, just to try it for the first time. I like this place because it's no fuss: you go in, point to what you want, they point to a seat for you (or even pull a chair over to wherever you are standing) and then bring your drink! You can pay before or after you get the drink. I'm accustomed to American sized drinks, so it's funny to get the tiny cup. I'm putting a picture so you know what to expect! The coffee is stronger than most back home, so it balances out. Iced milk coffee was good, because I like sweets. Egg coffee was interesting! Not bad; worth a try just to say you did. Who knows, you might have a taste for it. I'd say stick to regular if you don't care for novelty. They also have a sign that says money exchange, so I asked about Thai baht and they said they have it. Didn't end up doing it or ask for rates tho, just letting you know...

Ordered two beers, staff only brought one to table and I had to follow them round to get their attention and ask for the other beer. Ordered a pulled pork burger which had a picture and a description showing pulled pork and coleslaw. A beef patty with bacon on arrived. Told them it was the wrong burger and they laughed and said “images are for illustration purposes only” and walked away, apparently that was the end of it. They also brought out the wrong pasta. We ended up only paying for the drinks as didn’t eat the food because it literally wasn’t what we ordered - kind of funny how rubbish this place is 🤣 100% do not recommend, just keep walking and find somewhere else unless you want to roll the dice and eat whatever they have in stock and feel like serving you while...

seemed like a nice enough place, decent looking menu. ordered a couple of beers, only one came and we had to go and get the second ourselves as they weren’t bringing it.

we ordered a pulled pork burger to eat, which was detailed (in picture and text) on the menu to come with coleslaw in a bun. when a beef burger with two measly scraps of bacon came out, we were confused and told the staff the dish was wrong. They giggled with each other as they ‘helpfully’ put into translate that “the images are for illustration purposes only”, and walked away seemingly done with the matter.

Insult to injury, they brought the wrong pasta as well - so needless to say we were undoubtedly insulted as we only paid for the drinks we had.
