Red Bean Hoi An — Restaurant in Hội An

We ate at Red Bean for breakfast most days during our 19 night stay, we also had some lunches and a few dinners there as well. We enjoyed everything we ate there. Breakfast has so much variety and is alway fresh. Over 19 days we did not get board. What makes this place so special is the staff and the extra effort they put in to make sure you are happy, when the staff leaned I loved bananas there was a banana served to me every day. The staff are always checking in with you that everything is ok and if there is anything else you may want Lunch and dinner at Red Bean is always guaranteed to be good from a simple banh mi to a more substantial meal they are all good. We enjoyed a Few dinners there when we didn’t want to go into the old town and the level of service and care is amazing all the staff are so professional and are always trying to make sure you have the best experience from checking for allergies, explaining dishes, making recommendations and showing you how to eat the dish. I want to give mention to LAN, Dung- who has only been there few months but tries so hard, Ngan, Thao, Vu and Huy the best bar tender, they all gave us the most excellent service. My wife and I booked a reservation at Red Bean due to its high rating on Google and Trip Advisor. We got super excited when we found out it belonged to the Elegance Hospitality Group because we had just recently stayed at the La Siesta Premium Saigon and thier hotel just absolutely just blew us away with their sevice level and quality. Let me tell you, Red Bean delivered! Absolutely fantastic traditional Vietnamese cuisine, the best we've ever had. My only disappointment was that we didn't have time on our trip to come back to try everything else on the menu! Our server Thuong gave us amazing service and when we tried to order too much food, she advised us that we might want to hold off. She was right! We were stuffed. Food portions are plenty and the price was amazing for the quality delivered. We had also ate at a Michelin star restaurant earlier in our trip and we both agreed that preferred Red Bean. Just arrived into Hoi An from Hanoi hungry and eager to eat. Looked up Google for suggestions and Red Bean was up there. Off we went the 6 of us. After a warm welcome from Ngan - who turned out would be our server - we settled in to look at the menu. Ordered drinks, scanned the foods... Drinks came in short order and while we sated our thirst, ordered our food. Ngan was thoughtful and pleasant throughout, helping, explaining, and suggesting. When the food order came, it was well presented, hot and fresh. Ngan explained patiently how to take the food onto the bowls and with a dollop of hot sauce, the first morsel went into our hungry mouths. Delicious from start to finish!
