🇳 🇴 🇹 🇪 : This review is for the management to make improvements.

🇲 🇮 🇳 🇺 🇸 : The edges and steps are not entirely safe. You need to be careful where you walk and where you place your feet, or you could easily trip. This is due to the color (black) and the transition to the floor, which is lower. It's not visible, so you think it's level with the ground. The 'Do Not Disturb' and 'Please Clean the Room' lights don't light up well due to the sun. We returned from breakfast and the bed hadn't been made, even though the light was on (we double-checked). When we came back from the old town at 13.00 PM to freshen up, we saw the bed still hadn't been made. Housekeeping came shortly after, but it wasn't convenient for us at that moment. We requested they return while we were on our tour. The lift goes really slow. But that's a minor minus. Laundry per kilo is more interested. It's a bit noisy. When people walk in the hallway, you can hear them talking. This is partly because the door has a gap at the bottom. It doesn't close properly.

🇵 🇱 🇺 🇸 : The hotel itself is small-scaled. The bed is really good. We slept like a baby. The room is very much to our liking. Plenty of space, a balcony where you can sit and overlook the pool. The breakfast is extensive. Ricky, the manager, has a personal touch. He remembers your name and is very driven to provide guests a five-star service. The chefs are amiable staff members. We gave our feedback to Ricky; it's nice that it's appreciated and he even asked for it himself. A manager willing to work on improvement points is worth his weight in gold. The restaurant staff are all kind and helpful. Vivian (Chang), the restaurant captain is very quick with picking up things. For example, she knew that I like to have pressed fresh orange juice and next day she got it prepared for us. Wow, we didn't expect it. Very thoughtful. It's nice that you can sit both inside and outside to eat. Restaurant Deli is compact and cozy. The approach of the staff (restaurant, reception) is very personal. You are not just a number to them, which we find very pleasant. We had a conversation with Chloë, the front office manager. She read my review word for word and really appreciated the details. They are going to take action on it. It's very nice to have your review taken seriously. Upon check out management came down to have a chat with us and waved us goodbye together with Sarah and bell boy (sorry, forgot his name).

🇱 🇪 🇦 🇷 🇳 🇮 🇳 🇬 🇨 🇺 🇷 🇻 🇪 🇸 : In light of the presence of flies, it might be more hygienic to cover the buffet? Similar to how juices and yogurt are stored in the fridge. Make sure guests know when they have to mind their step because there's a gap. The design of the room is nice but should you have to poop if one is having a shower, the sliding door is not convenient. The staff is always concerned if guests are still happy. There's no need to ask if everything is satisfactory/good all the time. If it's not, you will probably hear it from the guests.

🇴 🇻 🇪 🇷 🇦 🇱 🇱 : Wow Factor! Even at Melia Vinpearl in Hué where we stayed, we didn't get this 5-star service. Delicacy Hotel is really...

I am leaving a review now before checking out later in the afternoon because I am afraid to forget and to missing out on it as the stay for a short 3 days 2 night is a very good and memorable experiences. This is a new hotel which started in December 2023. We came to know about this hotel to choosing it through google review and did not regret making this decision ever since. Ms Thuy Tran, from the hotel reservation and sales team is very responsive and her email is always very clear and concise whenever she is responding to our queries and needs. She is really very helpful. The hotel offer us a special price when I sent an email to them. What makes the stay most memorable for my family of 4 is the people and staffs working in Hoi An Delicacy Hotel. They are always very cheerful, helpful and kind to us. We were greeted by Sophia, the General Manager of the hotel, who is very welcoming, kind and considerate. Victor is a very cheerful person and always go an extra mile in helping us with many fine details throughout our stay. His keen eyes for details warmed our hearts as he is always very kind and respectful especially to the elderly people and addressing their needs. Lisa, a member of the reception team is very cheerful, helpful and detailed in addressing and explaining many details during our stay. She has great initiative and went an extra mile to confirm with the next hotel which we are staying on some of our concerns. Susan, who is part of the hotel's restaurant and reception team is always very cheerful, polite and engaging in terms of checking out on us to find out on our stay and plan for the day, engaging us in conversation to make us feel at home and welcomed. The staffs at the hotel's SPA are also very nice and helpful in ensuring we have a good experience during our stay. Really appreciate all of you at Hoi An Delicacy Hotel in making this a memorable stay for my family. Their service is the best so far that I had ever experienced as compared to my other hotel stay in different countries. Last but not least. The room are clean and tidy. Great work by the team responsible for it as well! I would express my heartfelt gratitude and thank the hotel for making this an excellent stay...

We stayed at Delicacy Hotel Hoi An on 4-6th April 2023. This was our 5th hotel in Vietnam and it was far better than all others. The room was spacious and the extra bed (3 of us travelling) was very comfortable not like in other hotels. The stuff was helpful, carrying and very friendly, even warm. At times we felt like we were visiting a family. Sofia was just amazing. She sorted out everything for us. I have food allergies and from our first breakfast everyone was briefed and I was told what I can and shouldn’t have and a great care was taken that my food wasn’t contaminated. The chef surprised me by going out of his way to prepare suitable food without me even asking. Our washing was done the same day at a fraction of money other hotels charge and delivered back to our room nicely folded in bags when we were on a trip. When my daughter had a bad headache everyone asked about her and when she wasn’t able to join us for our excursion Sofia cancelled her space last minute. I was so worried about my daughter that I wouldn’t even think about it but Sofia was great at being helpful. I was looking for a special kind of tea and Sofia offered to order it for me from Hanoi and have it delivered to our next hotel. Sarah at the front desk was also amazing with organising our washing and our Spa appointments. Spa experiences were of a very high standard. The therapists are properly trained, polite and skilled. We had several treatments and packages and every one was spectacular. I would highly recommend this service especially as they also offer a happy hour every morning- 40% off all treatments. The nice man in the lobby was wonderful. He got our luggage sorted, talked to our taxi drivers, gave us directions and got us the bikes (another service the hotel offers) when we wanted to go for a solo trip. We only wish we could stay longer as we felt truly cared for. We would highly recommend Delicacy Hotel Hoi An to anyone wanting relaxation, rest and a pleasant...

I recently stayed at a hotel in Hoi An, Vietnam with my family, and we had a great experience overall. The duplex room was perfect for our needs, especially with young children, and the two bathrooms were a welcome feature. However, while the breakfast had plenty of options, I found that there were not many choices for those with a garlic and onion allergy. Additionally, there were no non-dairy options like oat milk, soy milk, or almond milk available. While I understand that these options may not be common in Vietnam, I have noticed that some modern cafes in Hanoi are starting to offer alternative dairy products. It would be great to see this hotel follow suit and cater to guests with different dietary needs and preferences. Despite this, we had a great time at the hotel. The coconut water was the best we've had in Vietnam, and the service was excellent. The staff paid attention to detail and even remembered some guests by name. They were always ready to help with anything we needed, including travel advice, and the free bicycles for guests were a nice touch. I also had a chance to enjoy the spa treatment, which was a real highlight as well. While the prices have gone up in Vietnam recently, I felt that the hotel was worth it. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to others visiting Hoi An. While there could be some improvements in terms of catering to specific dietary needs, the excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and enjoyable amenities made our stay a great one. This is definitely one of my favorite hotel in Vietnam. We appreciate the excellent service of this Hotel and the interior design with the clean rooms they providing. The bed comfort was precious. We would come back again for sure. Thanks to the team of the Hotel and also for providing us a special family offer.

The best hotel I have ever stayed in (even including the Peninsula Da Nang, where I am currently). The decor was superb. The wooden doors, the floor tiles, the lights, the peacock designs, the colours, the headboards, the clouds on the ceiling, the bath tub, the lifts, reception, pool tiles, pool beds, ..... The room was so comfortable, one night I just stayed in! It is a reasonably new hotel (refurbed). I loved all the design features....can you tell? I had a massage too, which was divine. Professional staff, beautiful facility. Hoi An is pretty, especially the Riverside walk in the morning. Fewer crowds. But you know that. I used the free bicycle to cycle to the beach, one road so pretty easy and safe. Felt very off season, and was windy at the bar I went to....it blew my tea as I poured it! Pool area nice....as long as no rowdy guests or people playing videos out loud on their phone etc. I enjoyed having a balcony to sit at, as it was just cool enough to do so. Staff are perfect. I appreciated their ability to speak in English. They really do notice guests and strive to make guests feel valued. I am so pleased I booked this hotel. I hope other guests enjoy it as much I as did.
