Temple Restaurant is a great place to enjoy cuisine and experience professional service. I had a wonderful experience and couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the food and the staff's service. The quality of food at the restaurant is excellent. Every dish is meticulously prepared and fresh. I was especially impressed with the dishes' unique flavors and freshness. The selected ingredients and the enjoyment of each bite of food made me feel truly satisfied. The restaurant's staff are very professional and dedicated - I was impressed with staff member Emily. She helped me choose dishes and provided detailed information about the dishes and menu. Their service is always attentive and responsive, ensuring that all my requests and needs are met in the best possible way. The environment and space of the restaurant is very comfortable and cozy. I had an evening enjoying a meal in a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. This truly created a memorable dining experience. I believe that Temple restaurant provides the best value for customers. The Temple Restaurant — A Memorable Experience of Ambience, Service, and Taste

I stayed at La Siesta from 11–13 June 2025 and had the pleasure of enjoying two breakfasts and one dinner at The Temple Restaurant. The ambience was nothing short of exceptional.

Even with the rainy weather, the experience was not dampened — in fact, the rain added to the charm. The view of the lush greenery surrounding the pool created a serene, almost magical atmosphere.

What truly elevated the experience, however, was the service. Two team members in particular — Hanh and Bang — stood out for delivering what I would call service from the heart.

They struck a rare balance: being attentive without intruding, and anticipating needs while giving me space for quiet reflection. Their warm, thoughtful service matched what I’ve experienced in high-end luxury restaurants.

For dinner, I took Bang’s recommendation and tried the grilled lobster, a special prepared by the table. Chef Khoa executed the dish with excellence — the flavour, presentation, and experience were outstanding. It was easily one of the best dinners of my trip, and perhaps one of my most memorable dining experiences to date.

I was taken to Temple for my birthday and I can’t speak highly enough about my experience. From the moment we arrived the staff were attentive, helpful and so friendly. The food is really good - slightly above local prices but for the service, ambience and quality it’s still very reasonable. We were looked after by Julia who is just incredible at what she does. As it was my birthday, she had created an amazing table set up that made me feel so special. Nothing was too much trouble, she had lots of helpful tips for our visit and the smile didn’t leave her face. She also brought out cake and had the team sing happy birthday to me which was so kind it almost made me cry. I can’t thank Julia enough for looking after us so wonderfully and making it a birthday to remember! Would definitely return if given the chance, it was an amazing experience.

UPDATE: I can’t add another review but I came back here for my birthday in 2025 and the experience was equally as wonderful! We were looked after by the lovely Yem this time, and the entire restaurant went above and beyond what I could have imagined. I had an amazing meal and left so full. Yem was so kind and paid attention to every detail. She ensured we had a wonderful time. I felt so special and would feel so lucky if I could come back here every year for my birthday....
