Kevin, with his infectious smile and unwavering dedication, made me feel like a valued guest from the moment I arrived. I really appreciated all his support for all the demands we had.

My‘s warm demeanor and impeccable professionalism made every interaction a delight. She was always on hand to offer recommendations for exploring the city and she prepared the best salted coffee in town.

The staff at this hotel are AmAzing ! Linda & Kevin were such good hosts so friendly always going the extra mile to help us enjoy our stay. The pool was immaculately clean & so inviting. The breakfast was good, a buffet plus eggs cooked to order by a lovely lady (sorry didn’t get her name). I had the best nights sleep of our trip (been in Vietnam for 10 days!) so far, the bed was really comfortable and the room so quiet. Our hotel room was a little frayed around the edges & unfortunately (I dropped something on the floor which rolled under the bed and when I went to retrieve it … I wish I hadn’t … under the bed was very grubby. |NOT the fault of the hotel BUT of Booking.com, we thought we’d booked a room with a private balcony, none of the rooms at this hotel have balconies the description provided by booking.com was completely incorrect!!!|The hotel is a very short walk away from the ancient town and all the hustle & bustle, it’s in a quiet & calmer location which we liked. All in all this is a great little hotel for the price we paid its excellent...

USE THE SAFE! I had the 'do not disturb' on the door and before going out for the day I realized I forgot something so I went back and my room was full of staff. They didn't even leave fresh towels so I don't know why they were in there, I didn't notice until the same thing happened the next day before I was checking out at 12. It wasn't until days later that I realized my valuables were missing from a small pouch in my suitcase, someone must have seen me wearing them, seen me leave and gone looking for some very important jewelry to me. Shame. I have heard very similar stories from Hoi An. Star for the pool.

I edited because i made a spelling mistake. The reception are great. Please locate my jaguar ring i went across the world for it. Maybe under the bed to not incriminate. My local hoi an local friends say its maybe a bit late but still not nice. And theyre not happy. I will keep them on a leash. It is worth more to me than any money....
