Lovely little Ramen place in Thai Van Lung area. Hearty bowls are served with toppings similar toppings: soft boiled egg, charshu slices, bamboo shoot, bean sprout and seaweed. The miso soup is flavorful and very well-seasoned, charshu is perfectly tender with very little fat in it. Price ranges from 140k - 170k vnd/bowl, you can order some extra charshu for 20k vnd. 삿포로식 라멘집이라고 하는데 뭔가 특별함은 없는 평범한 라멘집이다. 어느 라멘을 먹어도 그냥 무난한 느낌이다. 베트남에서 라멘이 생각나면 아쉬운 대로 먹을만 하나 베트남에서 라멘이 생각나기엔 쉽지 않으니 일부러 라멘을 찾지 않는 이상 잘 먹진 않을 듯. 하지만 라멘 위에 올라가는 내용물은 푸짐하고 무난하게 한 끼를 먹기엔 부족함이 없다. 다만, 장소가 베트남이다 보니 굳이 베트남까지...
