This place is very crowded. They have many items on menu. You have to write your order. I don’t know why they are well-known. The dishes are not as good as other places. The price is not too high compare to benchmark, but not cheap. We had 6-7 dishes. The snails is fresh but the sauce is all sweet. All dishes go with laksa leaves which doesn’t make any sense. Clamps with Thai sauce is just like clamps with lemon grass sauce then they put some chilli in it. Overall, I feel like they didn’t put much effort in cooking because they are so busy. You better check your bill when making payment. They almost forget one of my order and add in 1 napkin . I don’t recommend this place.

Take the toothpick or needle, grab the meat of the snail, and swirl it out of the shell moving the meat and the shell at the same time. There's a dark bit at the bottom that contains the snails innards, disgard that and the firm covering that may be on the top part or the meat (the part closest to the opening of shell). Dip into any sauces available, and eat. The only exception is for a variety called "ốc hương" you can eat those innards, it should appear pale gray in color similar to...
