My experience at 7 Bridges in Saigon at Hai Ba Trung and Dong Du was marred by several disappointments, reflecting a lack of attention to detail and customer satisfaction. It’s worth noting the irony that 7 Bridges, supposedly originating from Da Nang, had outposts in Hanoi, Saigon, and even Hoi An, yet none in its supposed place of origin for a significant period. This oversight is a comical contradiction, highlighting a lack of coherence in the brand’s expansion strategy.
During my initial visit several months ago, I made a concerted effort to address the poor acoustics with staff and management, suggesting the installation of sound-dampening padding to improve the atmosphere. However, on my recent visit (April 2024), I was dismayed to find that this simple improvement had not been implemented, indicating a disregard for customer feedback and comfort (-1 point).
Additionally, despite being the first to order and arrive, the previously agreed upon seating arrangements were disorganized, resulting in confusion and highlighting a lack of preparation (-1 point).
Moreover, there was a delay in receiving my drink, despite being among the first to order I was the last to receive my drink, leaving me feeling undervalued as a customer (-1 point).
Furthermore, upon leaving, there was a delay in verifying that our drinks were covered by our company, resulting in unnecessary wait time and inconvenience (-1 point).
Overall, my experience at 7 Bridges in Dong Du was marked by operational inefficiencies and a lack of attention to customer satisfaction. The absence of improvements despite feedback and the disorganized service detracted from the overall dining experience. I have advised my company against booking this location in the future due to the subpar service and inadequate atmosphere. I also will not be back. My rating stands...

Came in for 20% off pizza on a Monday night.. they did not honor the 20% off even though it was advertised on our table and I asked them to honor it. They said no.
Manager was very kind and took the buffalo chicken wings off our bill because the sauce was very sweet 🤢 and did not taste like buffalo sauce. Server initially tried to argue that we "ate one buffalo wing" so we should pay for them... but we refused because tried one bite of the chicken wing and didn't touch them again. The pizza was Good though.
After we complained about the taste the server did not come to our table again to check in on us at all. And there was a 10% service charge.
Overall not a good experience and I wouldn't...
