A hotel with an aesthetic interior in every corner. The interior of this hotel is nice.

The location is indeed a bit into an alley, but not too far from the highway. There is also a 24-hour minimarket around the hotel. It is also located in District 1, so it must be crowded.

The receptionist may need to be improved, because when we checked in it seemed difficult to speak English.

When we checked in, the payment was made at the hotel, but strangely enough, the receptionist had difficulty speaking English, so she immediately asked for payment and without being told how much? And when we checked in, we were charged a much higher amount compared to when we checked online. And the receptionist did not inform us at the beginning of the amount to be paid.

The room itself is not too big, but it can be said to be like a studio apartment. A large refrigerator is also provided. In the bathroom, there is a bathtub. However, if you want to do it without a bathtub, it's a bit difficult. For the bed, we felt like it was not clean enough, because we felt a bit itchy.

On the top floor there are complete and good kitchen facilities. Which we can use anytime. Drinking water can also be filled on this floor.

For the soundproofing of the room, it seems like it needs to be improved again, because when we arrived, and coincidentally around the hotel there seemed to be a bar, and the music was quite loud and could be heard up to our room.

Overall this hotel can be said to have good facilities but there are some that may need to be improved again...

Rooms 5 Stars (for a 2/3 star rated hotel);

The room I stayed on the 6th floor was very clean, big windows, good wifi, comfortable bed, excellent air conditioner. Ensuite bathroom was also clean and adequate, strong water pressure, hot water. Note the shower is in above a bath so you need to be able to step over the tub.

The room was small but adequate for a few nights. It was very clean which was what I was after. Also no traffic or neighbourhood noise and positioned down a short safe laneway.

I booked online, arrived and the receptionist was named June, what an asset she is to this establishment. Friendly, polite and accommodating. She proactively changed my room after I dropped off my baggage and commented that air con was a concern for me. When I arrived back, they had moved my luggage and positioned me into a room with quote "Temperature as per your expectations"

Location 5 Stars;

Easy to walk to the Opera House, Saigon Saigon Bar etc so very central. Great restaurants within 5 minute's walk, also 7 Bridges Craft Beer just a few minutes' walk. Minimart around the corner for incidentals and a French cafe/supermarket on the corner.

Highly recommended if you are looking for clean, quiet accommodation in a central location. Note it is a 2/3-star hotel, but the service, location, very clean rooms are worth the room rate.
