We stayed at Kin Hotel Thi Sach (11A Thi Sach Street) for 11 nights, and honestly, from the very first day until the last, it was a 10/10 experience.
First Impressions: The hotel actually looks even better in real life than in the pictures. Right when we arrived, we were welcomed with refreshing drinks. The staff were super friendly, polite, and always ready to help with anything we needed at any time. Their kindness really made us feel like VIPs from day one. Throughout our whole stay, they truly spoiled us with their service.
Rooms & Cleanliness: Our room was spotless, cleaned every single day, and felt so comfortable throughout our stay.
Food & Breakfast: Breakfast was delicious every morning with plenty of choices.
Rooftop Bar & Pool: This was honestly one of the highlights of our stay! The rooftop has a beautiful infinity pool where you can swim while overlooking the city skyline — absolutely stunning, especially in the evenings. Right next to it is the rooftop bar, which had the perfect atmosphere. The bartenders were skilled, the cocktails, coffee, and drinks were amazing, and the city view just made everything even better. We found ourselves going up there often to relax, swim, and enjoy the vibe.
Facilities: The gym was well-equipped, and everything about the hotel felt modern and well-maintained.
Location: The hotel’s location is perfect — you can easily grab a taxi through the Grab app and get anywhere in the city quickly.
Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like. It was absolutely worth the money, and we couldn’t have asked for a better hotel. We’d happily recommend Kin Hotel Thi Sach to couples, business travelers, or anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City. If we ever come again to the city we def coming back here!!!
And to be honest, if someone leaves a bad review about this place… we just don’t understand...
I also wanna make a HUGE shoutout to Hotel staff: Every single one of them was always smiling, super friendly, and made us feel really compfortable
Phu – Supervisor of F&B: Our best friend there, always helpful and kind. Lily – Receptionist: Very lovely, welcoming, and kind, almost like our personal receptionist :D. Hang – Hostess: Became my good friend too, very lovely and friendly. Loan – Bartender : Another very lovely girl, with huge skill behind the bar. Khang – Bartender : Super friendly and great at his job. Khanh – Bartender : Also very nice and friendly. Thu – Cashier (rooftop): Always trying to do her best and very lovely and friendly. Duong, Phu, Huy – Waiters: Attentive, kind, and always smiling. Minh – Bar Manager: Very professional. Phuc – Restaurant Manager: Same very professional.
All of them together made our stay feel special and unforgettable , we can’t thank them...
Read moreThis cosy hotel will not disappoint, from the rooms to the staff service and the rooftop ambience. It was a respite to get back each day afyer exploring Saigon. The location is superb, right on District 1 and walking distance to the Opera House, Post Office building, Gallery road, Union Square, right next to Japan Town, as well as many resturants and cafes including the popular Trung Nguyen Legend and many others.
The hotel staff is courteous, attentive and very helpful from the front door person to the reception and resturant personnel. The room was very comfortable for us as it was a shared room with a friend, 2 twin beds. All necessary amenities included. And the room has windows (the rooms in many small hotels in the area don't have windows). The breakfast was nice overall, not luxurious but had enough variety with Vietnamese Pho bo/ga, local style breakfast as well as egg station toast station, fruits and drinks. They offer brewd local coffee and tea. If you prefer your cappuccino or espresso, it can be ordered a la carte for a fee. I did that very day for my morning espresso.
The roof top pool is cosy and a great size for the hotel, comparing it to other hotels in the area which had much smaller pools. The view is nice, put looking the river on the right side. And city view front. The bartender was also courteous. The rooftop pool/bar is located on the 14th floor. And the only down is that the lift doesn't go all the way up. You have to get out on the 12th floor and walk up 2 floors. Which is not ideal for elderly persons with physical impediments and injuries. NOTE: Some reviews mention construction in the lobby. This NO LONGER THE CASE. The construction is finished and the lobby is beautiful. As well as the breakfast restaurant. NOTE 2: There is a separate building construction on the left side of the hotel. This doesn't belong to the hotel. We were lucky that for some reason during our stay it wasn't happening as our room was facing this side. But if it's up and running it has the potential to be very noisy as it's near the rooms. So double check with the hotel to make sure it's not the case during your stay.
Lovely hotel, at great location, quiet road, and great staff. I'd sure stay here again on my next visit to Saigon. Highly...
