A very disappointed lunch compare to Vo van tan outlet. As a Chinese to visit a chinese cuisine restaurant should expect some basic standard of cooking but this outlet surprised me indeed.

1. Char Xiu[roasted pork] was done badly, big chunk cut , lack of flavour, hard to chew and get it swallow, we have requested waiter to allow us replace another dish but not char xiu but he said it is not possible and replaced another plate of char xiu insread. It turn out to be the same bad done food. it is not value for paid price tag. I will never ever order again.

2. white rice- dry and hard grain cooked. Althought the waitress changed it for us and it was still a hard to swallow rice. ( not that we are difficult to be pleased customer., it was indeed an non acceptable of quality to eat with)

3. Seafood hot pot beacurd- looks good but flavourless, do not reach out to basic standard of preparation. Other reataurant can enjoy a better cooked dish compare with price tag.

4. other tim sum dishes like truffle dumpling, steam wrap beancurd and steam chicken feet were not impressive at all. It was just a lower standard dim sum with higher price tag to speak.

In conclusion. It is an unpleasant dinning experience we have had in this AMA kitchen outlet. It should be our first...

We were unfortunately not pleased with this restaurant. The food was okay, but lacked herbs, the seafood clay pot literally had two shrimps. The most unpleasant, however, was the restaurant service already tidying up the restaurant, bringing away the dishes and even putting plastic bags over tables while the restaurant was still open. If the restaurant states that the kitchen is open till 10:15 pm and you can eat till 11 pm, they should let you eat and not give you the feeling that they would really like to already close. It also made us uncomfortable how the waiters were constantly interrupting us and standing next to us waiting for our order instead of letting us choose and wait for us to be ready. The cherry on top was asking money for a wet wipe which was complimentary in every restaurant we have been to on our Vietnam trip. All in all, we cannot recommend this restaurant. There are far better and cheaper...

Amazing Food & Outstanding Service – Highly Recommended!

My husband and I came here after our friend Danh recommended Ma Kitchen, and we’re so glad we did!

We tried the truffle rice with abalone, various drinks, and several other dishes, and everything was delicious. The food was so good that we came back the next day to try even more, and once again, it did not disappoint!

The service was exceptional—staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The restaurant is very clean, beautifully decorated, and creates a warm, inviting atmosphere.

We will definitely return before we head home and highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. You can truly feel the passion and heart they put into their food and service, ensuring every customer has a fantastic dining experience.

If they ever plan to expand to the U.S., I’d love to be a part of helping them grow—this level of quality and care deserves...
