I want to share some feedback about this hotel that I booked based on Bookings.com recommendations. The hotel is pathetic. They don’t have clean rooms. The housekeeping will never clean the room or bathroom, replenish towels, give water bottle, change sheets or clean floor. The breakfast options are very limited and they will provide only one item. Not enough to feed a baby also forget adults. it’s not a good experience and I think they have grossly fabricated the feedback online.
Additional feedback- I have booked 2 rooms for 3 adults and 2 kids. You have NOT done any favour to me. You have taken the 100% payment in advance as well. I asked you once while checking if the rooms will be ready beforehand and you kindly gave me 1 room in advance. I appreciate that but it is not an acceptable reason for you and staff not to provide me hygienic in the room. The day we checked in the drawer was filled with plastic from the last guest. Since we checked in early I assumed it was a mistake because the housekeeper has to make it ready asap. I myself handed over the keys two days in the morning while going out for housekeeping to clean both the days but they came and just tidied the bed and left. Did not clean the bathroom or taken trash from dustbin or changed the bedding which already had stains. I just went down on my third night to inform the night staff that please ask someone to clean the trash and what you all did? He started behaving so defensively, was not willing to hear the feedback, came to my room twice to tell me that just because you allowed us to check in earlier in the morning it’s ok to not provide cleaning? Is that a justification? Your defensive reply in my feedback is a visible evidence of not willing to provide basic services. There is nothing “free” and you have not done any favour. This is a bad management and gross misconduct.
It was just a matter of your night manager accepting the feedback and telling me we will take care of it next day. I have stayed in 4 hotels in this trip to Vietnam and this experience has been the worst. I will not change this feedback because everyone need to see the truth before...
Read moreDo NOT stay if you are a solo female traveller. Absolutely awful experience. I’m a solo female traveller and was shouted at by the receptionist, his attitude and behaviour towards me was horrific. I booked the property months ago, I messaged a few weeks ago to ask to change my check in date by one day, I never got a reply to emails, messages, or social media messages, I had to ask my hotel in another place to eventually contact them and managed to get the date changed. I turned up at 11pm after a flight and was shown to my room. The room had mould on the walls and stains all over the bed. The receptionist came in and said they couldn’t move me until tomorrow and said I had to sleep in the bed sheets with stains. He then said with attitude he’d have to wake up the housekeeper. I went out and just said to leave it until tomorrow then as I was tired and needed to just sleep. He then starts shouting verbal abuse at me with such bad attitude saying they reserved that room until midnight the night before even though I told them about the changes weeks ago but they didn’t reply. He just kept shouting and trying to come into my room to change the sheets but I honestly was scared and visably upset which led to a panic attack. I ended up leaving this hotel as I did not feel safe to stay overnight with this man there. He never even apologised for this behaviour and when I left I told him I hope he never treats anyone like that again, he said his behaviour was okay. I’m in disbelief and I have never experienced anyone like this in my whole 2 months travelling around SE Asia. There’s also a really loud night club opposite so don’t even think about...

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at a brand new hotel, Jan Villa Saigon Oasis in HCMC run by a wonderful husband and wife, Li and Jan. I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. Their hands-on approach and personal attention truly set this place apart. The couple and their team go above and beyond to ensure every guest feels at home. They shared local tips, arranged activities, and even made time for friendly chats, making our stay feel personal and unique. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, blending comfort with a cozy atmosphere. There's a well-organized team at the hotel! Tony, as the Night Manager, likely plays a crucial role in ensuring everything runs smoothly after hours. Meanwhile, Annie's support for Jan and Li indicates a collaborative effort to provide great service. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing getaway or an adventure-filled trip, this hotel is the perfect base. We left with fond memories and a desire to return. Thank you to the ‘Jan Villa Saigon Oasis’ team, for such an...
