Excellent bun rieu day du noodle soup with snails and patty for 70k. The noodle soup comes with lightly blanched water spinach, bean sprouts, and herbs. The soup base has a really good sour flavor. Our first time trying Bún Riêu, someone recommended that we should definitely try. It was really really tasty. I’m not sure if it is normal for this dish to usually cost this much but there seem to be a lot of locals that dine here. The price is higher than Pho but perhaps it’s the ingredients used that is costly. Nevertheless worth trying this dish. There’s a perfect balance in flavour with everything.
