Kai Coffee — Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

This is stupid. 2 floors all packed and yet staff don't have the capacity or capability to inform customers who have to wait for their drinks on the ground floor. Most of the customers there already finished drinking but are either loitering around and hogging up the space. I had to wait for my drink and searched through 2 floors of the cafe and in the end, decided to go to a better cafe. Not to mention that the straw for the drink is super smelly. The staff seemed resigned to the fate of having a lousy work environment and I can see that they are pretty hardworking, wasted. There are much better places out there to chill and relax, like Three Oclock...

Great place to get some work or study done. Chocolate Milk tea with Honey jellies was yum (though I think the cup was mostly ice and jelly) and came upstairs in good time. Tropical Smoothie was also good. 110,000VND for both drinks.

The space is quiet with a dull hum of chatter and music - perfect if you don't like to work in eery silence or need to take a quick meeting, but also don't want to go somewhere distractingly loud.

Atmosphere is nice with a street view, and an outdoor upstairs area for a break. Various chairs or bar stools to suit your preference.

Cafe with a rooftop. Good location just to see the traffic below. Can sit on 2nd floor to enjoy the AC or go one floor higher to enjoy the rooftop views but would very warm outside with only fans blowing. Wasn't bad though as I went there in the evening when it started cooling down and had a breeze every now and then. Friendly service and you can stay there as long as you want...plenty of seating even though it was kind of busy. Students there studying and/or just hanging out. Just ordered the ice coffee, and it was refreshing enough after walking outside for a couple of hours. Good place...
