Was so looking forward to this after a long day at work…but really not satisfied with the food quality…

Tuna tarter was great! With olive oil, red pepper and etc., finished the whole thing!
BUT the beed tarter…after the first bite I can’t continue anymore…it tastes so weird and not the beef tarter you would normally get…really bad…
So I just finished the mashed potato at the end…
When I asked for the bill and the “owner”? saw me didn’t touched the beef tarter, she kept asking and saying “you don’t know it’s not cooked?” “it’s not cooked” and am like “yes I know it’s raw, not my first time having beef tarter” “It’s not about if it’s cooked or not, it’s the taste…”

Each time, I order it, they come back and tell me it’s already finished for today.
Today I came at 12:00 lunch time. How can a dish be already finished at that hour???
Just tell your customer you don’t have it! And if you are not able to serve it regularly, remove it from your menu!
Another thing I would recommend: don’t sit inside the AC room. The waiters NEVER come inside to take your order, check if you need anything, or if you want to pay the bill. They only come to install you, give the menu and deliver the drinks and meals. Apart of that, they just stay outside and only take care of outside.
And I order a 7 up, and they gave me a coke.

Read moreTERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! After dining at the restaurant, I requested an invoice, but two days passed without receiving any information. I had to follow up with the restaurant myself (Fail #1: the customer has to chase for updates). When responding, the staff messaged with a rude attitude, reacting to my messages with sarcastic emojis (Fail #2: poorly trained, unprofessional staff). Instead of addressing my concerns, they argued back without providing a solution. As of writing this review, I still haven’t received the invoice from the restaurant (Fail #3: providing incorrect information to customers).
I wonder if this particular staff member was working their last day at the restaurant, or if the whole team shares the same attitude, which might explain their behavior towards customers.
It’s unbelievable that in 2024, a French restaurant located in the heart of Thảo Điền could deliver such an appallingly poor service experience. Perhaps you’re so confident in your brand that you no longer care about your customers? DỊCH VỤ SIÊU TỆ!!!!!!!
Sau khi ăn tại quán, mình có đề nghị xuất hoá đơn nhưng tới tận 2 hôm sau chưa thấy thông tin được gửi nên mới phải đi hỏi lại quán (tệ tập 1, khách phải đi kiểm tra lại thông tin). Nhưng khi trả lời với khách, nhân viên nhắn tin với thái độ lồi lõm, react tin nhắn với các emotion rất cợt nhã (tệ tập 2, training nhân viên thiếu chuyên nghiệp) và khi mình hỏi thì lại bắt bẻ lại chứ k giải đáp vấn đề. Và ngay khi viết review này, mình chưa nhận được hoá đơn do bên đó cung cấp (tệ tập 3, thông tin cho khách hàng không chính xác).
Không biết bạn nhân viên này có phải làm việc ngày cuối ở quán hay k, hoặc là mọi nhân viên trong quán đều như vậy nên mới có thái độ như thế với khách hàng nhỉ?
Không thể tin được là 2024, một nhà hàng Pháp, phục vụ ngay trung tâm Thảo Điền mà lại mang đến trải nghiệm dịch vụ siêu siêu tệ như vậy cho khách hàng thì hẳn là các bạn cũng đang quá tự tin với thương hiệu của mình đến nỗi không cần...
