Basta Hiro - Pasta & Pizza — Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

At first sight the place looks great. But the service is lacking, i asked the waitress something a couple of times and she just walks away and comes back with an answer, while she can also say "let me ask this guy or the kitchen" and give a smile instead of staying silent.

Me and my girlfriend ordered and my food came 15 min earlier than hers, real nice dining experience, looking at eachother eating their food. What was also remarkable that my dish came before even the drinks where served, same as the starter which came with my dish... the order of that doesn't make any sense to me, complete let down.

I got some pasta but the portion is so small it looks like i ordered of the kids menu, while the taste is good. Unfortunately they give me maybe 20 pennes and add meat in a pasta arrabbiata 😂

Of the 5 frequented branches, this one in Estella is rather slow. Linh, the Manager we know from Saigon Centre came in just on time before we walked out as we were served dried out cold bread( way below standard of other branches ) Original 2 star rating revised to 3 stars as the manager apologized for the long wait. She might have recognized us 😅 Basta Hiro will unfortunately never ever learn their CHEFS to serve main dishes for all guests together- timed . Been a pain point unable to fix since their openings. Still… it’s one of the better chain restaurants in Vietnam. Food quality remains...

Were trying to come here to eat last 2 days .. the price was a bit high but we just want some good food as we see the price quiet high ... So we expected some good amount of food and taste delicious.. till we order the chicken wing which is we expect that we could eat more than this end part of wing ... Ask the waiter then they said its part of the wing, lucky they not giving us including the feathers as well as its part of the wing ... Come on guys you are not street food or any fast food we come here for good food experience as the price are...
