The sushi here is some of the best and most affordable in Saigon (to its quality), but the service really let me down. The staff just didn’t seem to care. They seem weird and hard to communicate. There’s a lady in a kimono who stands at the entrance of the restaurant, presumably to welcome guests and manage reservations. However, her organisational skills seem to be lacking. As for the rest of the staff, despite my frequent visits, I’ve never seen them smile. At times, they even seem to disregard my requests for assistance.
