Sushi Hokkaido Sachi - Estella Place — Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

The sushi here is some of the best and most affordable in Saigon (to its quality), but the service really let me down. The staff just didn’t seem to care. They seem weird and hard to communicate. There’s a lady in a kimono who stands at the entrance of the restaurant, presumably to welcome guests and manage reservations. However, her organisational skills seem to be lacking. As for the rest of the staff, despite my frequent visits, I’ve never seen them smile. At times, they even seem to disregard my requests for assistance.

It’s very sad to see how the overall quality of experienced had diminished .

servers out hands in food when serving servers fail to pay attention to buzzer and instead stand around talking 40% of the menu seemed to be out of stock , yet servers didn’t know about it. So like cat and mouse - order, and then after 10 mins they come back and say not available

Even though the foods were fresh, the experience and expectations were not met. The place were filled with screaming children, careless parents, and weird staff. We appreciated the fact that the restaurant rented out the side walk inside the shopping center for extra tables, but we chose to sit at the bar area as outdoor were super loud. However, we were sat next to a naughty kid inside, so the experience was ruined. Then at the end, their cashier was weird with our invoice, with 3 mistakes that took us awhile to get out...
