A great location to grab a reliable northern specialty in the middle of D1 in Sài Gòn.
So this is my first time eating this dish, so full disclosure, I don’t know the “authentic” taste from the regional preparation. However, the dishes at this location were quite yummy. We got their combo #1 for two people, which comes with grilled fish, grilled guts, and a salad. The salad was decent, the dressing was super yummy and it was fresh. I was pleasantly surprised by the fish salad and Bun Ca Chien; they were delicious. However, the Cha Ca was just okay, with too little vegetable accompaniment.
The price also a bit higher compare to the quality and my experience here.

they successfully preserved the flavor of this hanoi specialties. the quality of fish meat and its gut corresponds to the amount of money you spend, well-prepared and well-marinated. they even carefully print out the instruction for who first time trying the dish! (but forgot the shrimp paste mixing instruction lol, basically add sugar, chilli and squeeze 2-3 calamansis then mix up, adjust to your taste)
