Good drink and decoration. However, the staff was very unfriendly and unprofessional with rude and hostile attitude towards the customers. We came as a group of 8 people, order many drinks and cakes, then arranged 2 small tables with 8 chairs. After a while, the staff came and asked us to first change to another big table to save slots for smaller groups, however, there were still many available tables there. We explained that we only stayed there for about 1 hour and did not want to change the seats which was unnecessary and we already settled down there for food and drink. The staff still came to us many times and said the same thing with annoying attitude, and later even asked us to keep quiet while we only talked at normal level and did not cause any trouble to anyone there. If the coffee shop is for quiet purpose, at least there should be a sign saying so. Otherwise, it's the place for people to come, buy drink and enjoy the coffee chat together. We will not tolerate for such inappropriate attitudes and bad customer service, and definitely will not come...
Read moreCheese Coffee Pasteur has a charming vintage decor. The second floor is spacious, airy, and great for working or relaxing.
The drinks are quite good—I ordered coffee and enjoyed it.
The staff seemed overwhelmed despite the shop not being very crowded. However, the staff proactively apologized, which I really appreciated. After an additional 5-minute wait, I asked if they could bring my drink upstairs, and they promptly agreed. It would have been nicer if they’d offered this proactively instead of waiting for me to suggest it.
The seating upstairs was comfortable, though placing a curtain between the restroom area and nearby tables would improve privacy and comfort. Sitting near the handwashing area wasn’t ideal.
Overall, a pleasant experience with minor areas for...
Read moreI arrived at Cheese cafe for the coffee but stayed for the modelling shoots. Little did I know that this place is the place to go if you don't actually want to drink coffee and relax. We had trouble even getting in without tripping over the entourage of Instagram models, tik tokers and Zalo snappers. I thought I was going to have an epileptic seizure with all the flash photography happening 😂. What started out as a moderate inconvenience to my boring existence, unexpectedly turned into a fun few hours people watching and questioning who these kids borrowed clothing and oversized shoes from. Do yourself a favour, grab a delicious cheese twist coffee and enjoy the free show. On a side note the decor is very beautiful and one could spend lots of time here admiring all the little touches that gives this a very...
