This trendy coffee shop, created by one of the brightest minds in Vietnam's coffee and design scene—Nguyen Hai Ninh—combines a cool half-laboratory, half-modern green vibe.

I have to say, their matcha is on point. It's earthy, smooth, and has a great balance of sweetness and bitterness. Definitely some of the best I’ve had. As for the coffee, I’m all about their fine robusta—it’s the perfect blend of innovation and tradition, a must-try for any coffee enthusiast.

However, the atmosphere feels a bit empty, and despite the modern design, it didn’t really hit the mark for me. Plus, I spotted some rats running around, which was more “surprising”...

This location conveniently in the center of Saigon, District 1. With indoor and outdoor seatings. Suitable for a short break, or friends/ colleagues meetups. The menu offers coffees and non-coffees options, mid-range prices. The employees here are young, seem polite and attentive.
