My partner and I came in to dine at this restaurant today 3/12/2023. One of our dishes “crispy pork” should’ve been written on the menu as a “stale skin pork” instead. I’d recommend having a dental practice on hand and ready to fix a couple cracked teeth if you think they’re going to survive the meal.
Here’s the part that left us absolutely disgusted. The waiters service was ok-ish however the business and management practice was an absolute disgrace. They mixed up our drink order then the kitchen proceeded to get the waiter to go back and forth and give us different excuses, staying adamant that they were the same drinks when they were clearly not. One excuse was the translation on the menu was wrong (it wasn’t). However, after I started speaking Vietnamese that excuse was quickly shifted away from and onto the next excuse which made absolutely no sense . Have you ever been in a situation where you know people are lying right to your face and trying to pull the wool over your eyes? Well, this was one of them.
Here’s the disgraceful part, management refused to come speak to us after going back and forth with the waiter. The waiter then decided to take the drink off the bill. Upon paying the rest of our bill and walking out. I heard the cashier at the front desk demand that the young waiter had to pay for the drink he took off the bill. A restaurant of this size charging their own staff for a stuff up the kitchen staff made? Are you serious? We turned back and just paid for the drink anyway, we couldn’t walk out knowing that the waiter had to pay for it on his own.
Great job to management for...

We came here hoping for a nice year end gathering, paid 2.8million, 4 pax. Received no thing sort of big disappointment. Should have known better from a below 4 star place.
Thai food was supposed to be tasty by nature, so why the hell add so much salt into ALL dish, because all your food is too bland to live without salt as enhancer? Anyways, what actually let us down was when we asked for A cup of WATER to balance out the hot pot sauce, and Quoc Su the staff said we either pay for a water bottle or to live with it, for giving feedback half way into the dish is too late for the kitchen to do sth about it.
So the customers coming here can pay a million vnd bill but you cannot afford a free cup of water? Magic water in the kitchen it must be.
the vermicelli is absolutely broken, over boiled. We had to use a spoon to pick it up. The sticky rice is heavily dried on the outer part and watery inside, and had zero aroma. Is it even fresh?
Not authentic, ok. Overpriced, ok. But at least don’t serve stale food, maintain good standard for non-flavor dish like rice and plain noodle, and be nice to the customers. How can a popular business be disappointing in all ways...
Read moreAs a Vietnamese and Thai cuisine lover, I can only say, go somewhere else. The atmosphere was nice and chill until the place got smoked like a street BBQ because something got burned in the kitchen. I was finishing my grilled pork salad that I had been waiting for 40 minutes. And that could have added something to my opinion but that was not the biggest issue.
The salad consisted of a small piece of cold grilled pork (smaller than com tam) some celery greens and a generous pile of raw onion that is inedible. Chilli vinegar dressing helps a bit but doesn't save it.
The grilled chicken portion was tiny, like 100 grams. It was nicely grilled but it also was plain and lukewarm.
Fried morning glory was the only thing that we liked. But again, you can get everywhere for a quarter the price and you won't have to wait for 50 minutes.
We were not the only table that got this kind of a no rushed service, other customers were also asking for their orders. But some people who came later got their food in minutes.
Did I mention the hidden service fee and VAT in the final bill? If you like to overpay, wait and have food that is below mediocre go there,...
