Saigon Eco Craft — Local services in Ho Chi Minh City

I don't know how the hell this place is a goto place on tripadvisor but somehow I found it there. It is basically a shop of souvaneirs and the sort of stuff you buy at the local tourist market except in a shop and with a fixed (quite high) price. Go here if you want to buy stuff from the market but can't be bothered haggling or getting scammed. Yes there are a few other artisan type items. One caught my eye - a cool bumbag made from the recycled canvas canopy of a saigon cafe = $50. Staff were not rude to me but had a weird vibe and the reviews mentioning them do not surprise me. No smiles. Oh they do giftwrapping for free which was a nice touch...

Located in District 1 just a stone's throw from a shopping mall ,the shop has a wide array of items to buy as gifts .Many of the locally crafted items are sustainably sourced such as the lychee honey,teas and some of the handcrafted products.
