Here or dimsum brunch: We had such an amazing dim sum brunch here that I feel it deserves a long review. From the moment we made our booking, the service was already impressive. David and Nadia handled our reservation and requests with so much care and attention to detail. One of my friends is vegetarian, which can sometimes be tricky at dim sum restaurants, but they really went out of their way to ensure she was comfortable and had the right food options. That kind of thoughtful service is rare and really stood out to us.
The ordering process was also very easy and stress-free. They have an English menu where you simply tick off the items you want, which makes everything clear and quick, especially for groups. Our food arrived in less than 15 minutes, which was such a pleasant surprise considering how freshly made everything tasted.
And the food itself? Absolutely fantastic. Every dish we tried was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. From the classics to some of the specialties, nothing disappointed us. My vegetarian friend was equally impressed with her options, which made the whole group happy. Honestly, I felt a little sad that I hadn’t discovered this restaurant earlier—it really is a hidden gem in the city.
I think more people should know about this place because it truly deserves recognition for both its food and its service. It’s rare to find a spot that balances both so well. This was an excellent experience all around, and without a doubt, I will be coming back again soon. Highly recommended for anyone who loves dim sum or just wants a...
Read moreI recently had an amazing dining experience at this restaurant and couldn’t be more satisfied! The food here is absolutely delicious, prepared with great care, bursting with rich flavors, and beautifully presented. Every dish, from appetizers to main courses and desserts, felt fresh and meticulously crafted. I was particularly impressed with the warm and attentive service from the staff. Ms. My and Ms. Nga made my experience truly exceptional. They were always smiling, friendly, and ready to assist, from recommending dishes to ensuring everything was perfect. Their professionalism and dedication made me feel warmly welcomed, like I was at home. Additionally, I want to give a special shout-out to the restaurant manager, Ms. Thảo, for running such a fantastic establishment. The ambiance of the restaurant is cozy and spotless, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. I will definitely return and recommend this place to my friends and family. Thank you, Ms. My, Ms. Nga, Ms. Thảo, and the entire team for an...
Read moreChit Chat Restaurant is heavily advertised for its Sunday Yum Cha buffet, but I was honestly very disappointed. The only highlight was that the dim sum was quite good, but for less than 500k per person, I could easily find plenty of other places with similar quality, such as Hua Wu Lou or San Fu Lou.
The downsides were many: the food came out very slowly — the buffet started at 11:30, yet by 12:30 the 'special dish of the month' still hadn’t been served. The management of dishes was poor, with wrong items being brought out, and by around 12:30, after just one hour, there was almost nothing new for guests to enjoy, since the selection was limitedand most dishes had already been tried.
As for drinks, the choices were limited to tea, milk tea, and lychee tea, which wasn’t very diverse. The buffet line itself also wasn’t particularly impressive compared to what you’d expect from a proper restaurant.
With the price of 500k per person, I definitely...
