Luxury Condotel Sai Gon 2 — Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City

Booked via one of the apps, good price, good location, initial correspondence good, booked a no deposit pay on arrival deal, yet once booked Hotel was wanting payment direct, instead of thru the app, we said no. On arrival , no one to check in, just a door code that took forever to work, eventually got to the room via shoes motorbikes mess etc..., room was very dirty and nothing much like the photos on bookingcom, a room for two, 1 cup 1 glass 1 pair chopsticks, sink was dirty, bathroom look flooded and the only decent glass/mug was filthy, power points etc were all dirty, room smelt bad, These guys are on bookingcom with a 10/10, I ve reported them, this place is barely a 4/10, which is a shame because its in a good area for food. Also note your taxi will not get to the front door. I ve attached a few pictures from the website, these are all false, it looks nothing like that anymore.
