My husband and I recently dined at Chiyoda Sushi Saigon Court, and we couldn't be happier with our experience! After exploring various dining options near our hotel, we decided to give this Japanese restaurant a try, and it truly exceeded our expectations.
Having visited Tokyo before, we have a deep appreciation for authentic Japanese cuisine, and Chiyoda certainly delivers. Every dish we ordered was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. The freshness of the ingredients was evident in every bite. From the sushi to the sashimi, it was clear that the chefs take great pride in their craft.
The atmosphere of the restaurant added to our enjoyment—warm, inviting, and a perfect setting for a lovely meal. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our dining experience.
If you're in Saigon and looking for top-notch Japanese food, I highly recommend Chiyoda Sushi Saigon Court. It’s a gem that stands out in the city's vibrant culinary scene. We will definitely be returning on our next visit!

Read moreQuality - great quality sushi. All the fish tasted very fresh. They have a separate menu for higher quality fish that are imported directly from Japan (higher price). We went with the standard menu and they still tasted amazing. Very keen on the plating too. They do not have A5 wagyu - only A4 but is also very good.
Price - it was surprisingly reasonable (certainly not cheap but competitive). We used to go to Sushi Bar due to convenient location but the food here at Chidoya is much better.
Staff - extremely friendly and attentive. The waiting staff gave me recommendations and knew their menu very well. The sushi chef was also very diligent with his work.
Location - We went to the Saigon Court branch and we loved it. It is located inside a service apartment building (quite unusual). The building itself has a big gated yard at the front so it is quite private. The restaurant itself is not big but in exchange the ambiance is quite cosy and certainly not noisy/crowded. The Ben Thanh branch looks bigger but I reckon it’d be much busier.

We had the quite affordable set lunch, which came with udon soup, small salad, steamed egg custard and silken tofu. All in all a good option if you are looking for a somewhat upscale lunch that is still very reasonably priced. The place is a bit hard to find, as it is on the 2nd floor of a...
