I'm her sister, I wasn't there when the customer came but I just wanna say a few things: Highlands Coffee's menu can't be tossed into anyone. It's not a physical menu. If my sister's attitude was so bad that u remember her middle and first name, every little details like her actions, gaze, lines, etc. Why did u have to wait for like a week to post the complaint? Not even after "experience the same thing a day later"? Ur review seems like ur genuine worry abt others' experience when coming here but why don't u try to talk w the staff or contact the manager there? Pardon me but u just seemed so suspicious. I also think that u shouldn't come here anymore in case of any trouble for the staff. Don't worry abt others, I see that most of them are fine. Maybe it's a YOU problem. Personally, I came here once w my sis when she wasn't working & everything was fine for me, the drinks, place and staffs. She has bought me drinks here multiple times before too. That's all. I visited this location last week, and I have no intention of returning anytime soon due to the attitude and demeanor of a staff member named Thanh Mai—such a beautiful name, yet such disappointing behavior.

On my first visit, I asked her about the ingredients in some drinks, and she outright refused to answer. Then, she proceeded to toss the menu at me as if to say, 'Just pick a drink.' Okay, cool.

The next day, I returned and saw her counting cash at the register. I stood there waiting for a while—she saw me but didn’t acknowledge me or say anything like, 'One moment, please.' After some time, I said, 'I’m ready to order.' She barely glanced at me and gave me an attitude.

Mind you, this was at 7:30 AM, not 7:30 PM—you’d think the world owed her something. If you don’t like dealing with customers, then quit. Move on. Just don’t stand there acting like that. Cho dù 02 nhân viên quán có 3 đầu 6 tay cũng không tài nào làm cho nhanh đươc vừa khách vưa Shipper. 3 /Shipper nào chờ không đươc tự hủy cuốc, quán càng khỏe trống chỗ để xe cho khách vào uống . 4 / Đuổi được một nhóm tài xế công nghệ vô công rỗi nghề chỉ vào ngồi máy lạnh chờ đơn lấy điên thoại bấm lung tung chiếm chỗ khách hàng. 5 / Ưu tiên khách vào quán, khách mua về lơi nhuân thấp do trả phí cho các hãng công nghệ . Khách mua về là đa số khách ngồi nhà có thời gian rãnh rỗi cho ngồi chờ 30- 45 phút không có sao. Highlans coffee giàu có chỉ cần mở tiêm cho vui, Không cần ba cái khách lẻ tẻ lâu lâu mới mua vài ba ly mang về Mong bà con cô bác đưng có thắc mắc chờ lâu khi đặt mua qua App tại quán này.
