Read moreAmazing setting, too bad the service and taste of the food wasn’t up to the same standards.
We went there to celebrate new years eve and we had been looking forward to their special tailored ramen menu for the event.
The venue is breathtaking such an immersive environment. Kudoos for the interior designer.
The food however is good but not great and certainly not up to standard for the price they charge. The karage (Korean battered chicken) with caviar was good of taste but lacked finesse and elegance which you would expect for an entree of 185€ entree for 2 people. The glass of champagne that was included tasted very sour and wasn’t that bubbly enough. The main was the wagyu ramen of 35€ which was plated very beautifully but lacked flavor and the texture of the ramen noodles was too hard and also too thick in my opinion. We also ordered a few cocktails, tasted ok but didn’t have to wow-factor which you would expect from a cocktail & food bar.
We were seated in the upper area which is somewhat secluded from the main area which we didn’t mind but service wise we seemed to be forgotten. We had to wait 20 minutes before ordering our drinks at arrival and always had trouble to get serviced.
Conclusion: the place was designed to please the eye but did not offer the food, drinks and service quality that you would expect from a premium venue. A meager experience value...
Read moreEverything about this place is absolutely incredible….From the ambiance to the delicious cuisine, incredible drinks, and most importantly the SERVICE. This was one of the best restaurants I have EVER been too and the service was probably the best I’ve ever experienced. We ended up canceling our other dinner plans to dine here at the bar upstairs. Thank you to the bar team- Quin, Clara, Mike, Huy, and Tofu for going above and beyond for us and treating us like great friends. It was a slower night so the bartenders spent so much time talking to us and making sure we were very well taken care of. The nicest people ever and you can tell they all love what they do. The cocktails are the best I’ve had. Super unique and interesting concepts. And the food was AMAZING! Scallops are a must try! Would recommend this place to everyone without a...
