And speaking of exquisite dishes, the food at Quince is nothing short of exceptional. Every plate is a testament to the quality of ingredients and the skill of the kitchen team. It's easy to see why they've earned a well-deserved Michelin mention.During my visit, the bone marrow stood out as an absolute highlight – rich, flavorful, and utterly decadent. Similarly, the steak was cooked to perfection, boasting a beautiful sear and tender, juicy interior.
To elevate the meal further, Quince boasts a vast and thoughtfully curated wine selection. Our server offered excellent recommendations, and the chosen glass paired flawlessly with both the bone marrow and the steak, creating a truly harmonious culinary experience.

Stepping into the world of Quince Saigon's menu is like embarking on a culinary adventure. Every dish is beautifully presented, and the flavors are outstanding. Read moreI went to this place because I saw so many rave reviews, but it turned out to be a total disappointment.
Food: 6.5/10 We tried 5 main dishes and 3 starters. The only one that impressed me was the toasted cauliflower, that was a 10/10. The octopus BBQ was okay, but all the other main dishes (duck breast, lamb rump, wagyu, iberico pork, and another one that I don't remember exactly) were underwhelming. I have had better at other fine dining places in HCM.
However, I know that food is subjective and that this is just my personal opinions.
Service: -1000/10. There was this waitress with a long face and mono-lid eyes that ruined the entire experience. It was appalling. We went as a group of 5, and while we didn't have a big appetite that day, we ordered 5 main dishes and 2 starters. The waitress was so RUDE. She told us in the most condescending way that our order was too small and that we wouldn't have enough to eat. We then ordered another starter and told her that we would order more if necessary, but she walked away with a disdainful attitude. When we finished our main courses (which were too much for us, and we didn't finish most of the lamb and duck breast), we asked for the dessert menu, and she gave it to my friend and rolled her eyes. Everyone in our group noticed that, and we were so fed up with her attitude that we asked for the bill and just left.
Food is a very subjective topic, and everyone's tastes are different. So, I'm not here to say that Quince's dishes are bad; it's just not to my taste. However, if you position yourself as a premium dining place and charge a 5% service fee, please make sure that your employees are trained to respect your customers.
So, will I come back? No. There are so many other options in HCM that offer me good food AND an...
