P’ti Saigon is an absolute culinary treasure, and my experience there was nothing short of phenomenal. I opted for the three-course lunch set, and at just 290,000 VNĐ++, it was easily the best meal I’ve ever had in Saigon. Every dish was a masterpiece, combining impeccable flavors, stunning presentation, and exceptional value.
The lobster carpaccio was a work of art—delicately sliced, fresh, and bursting with flavor. The balance of sweetness from the lobster and the subtle acidity of the dressing was perfection. It was light yet indulgent, a true testament to the chef’s skill.
The squid ink pasta was the highlight of the meal. The pasta was perfectly al dente, with a rich, briny sauce that captured the essence of the sea. Each bite was bold, flavorful, and incredibly satisfying, leaving me wishing for just one more bite even as I cleaned the plate.
The chocolate mousse in a cigar form was both creative and delicious, a playful dessert that didn’t just look amazing but tasted even better. The mousse was smooth, rich, and not overly sweet, with a delicate crunch that tied it all together. It was the perfect ending to an unforgettable meal.
The ambiance at P’ti Saigon is elegant yet welcoming, making it a wonderful spot for a casual lunch or a special occasion. The service was impeccable, with the staff attentive, friendly, and clearly passionate about the dining experience they provide.
If you’re in Saigon and appreciate world-class dining at an unbeatable price, P’ti Saigon is a must-visit. I can’t wait to return and explore more...
Read moreI recently visited your restaurant with great anticipation, having read numerous positive reviews on various social media platforms. However, I regret to inform you that my overall experience fell significantly short of my expectations.
Firstly, the ambience was quite disappointing. The atmosphere was stifling, with poor air circulation, and the presence of mosquitoes further detracted from the dining environment. A comfortable setting is crucial for an enjoyable dining experience, and unfortunately, this aspect was lacking during my visit.
Moreover, I must express my dissatisfaction with the food quality. The dishes, particularly the duck breast and beef Wellington, were not up to the expected standard. The ingredients seemed less than fresh, and the overall taste left much to be desired. Given the high prices, I anticipated a culinary experience commensurate with the cost, but unfortunately, this was not the case.
To provide context, my party and I spent approximately 3.5 million Vietnamese dong (equivalent to 140 USD) during our visit. Regrettably, the value for money was not reflective of the low-quality food and...
Read moreGood looking place, would be more lovely in the day, I imagine. Good ambience throughout, however noisy if other guests talked loudly 🙄, and service crew didn’t seem to mind that too... They have a private room for group dining, looks nice though.
Not very crowded but waiting time quite long for a dish to be served. Couldn’t enjoy the full main dish due to the long waiting time, by the time both dishes reached our table, we were almost didn’t want to eat, ended up sending them back for takeaway after a bite. Personally I don’t like the idea of ginger bread pairing with foie gras, tasted weirdly sweet 😕 Duck breast was crispy on the skin and still moist inside👌🏻 lamp chops was pretty good too, good prep before cooking.
We normally won’t other dessert but we made an exception since they have soufflé on the menu. Orange infused kindda soufflé, didn’t like it. A bit runny and wobbly for my liking, didn’t think they use fresh orange for this as well, sorbet pairing was also bad. After the 2nd spoon, I was overwhelmed by the sweetness down the throat. Wasn’t the soufflé we were...
