PHỞ 24 - LEXINGTON — Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

I am usually in favor of this restaurant as it’s my go to place but sorry to highlight here that I have experienced disappointment from the lady staff in duty today. I ordered for Pho and fried spring rolls. After two seconds she looked at her watch and realized it’s almost 8:40 p.m and said that the spring rolls are over. I understood that she didn’t want to make them as it will take her sometime and she wanted to just finish her days work and brush off the last customer. This has happened in the past too where I reached around 9:15 for fine in and the staff said I can opt for a takeaway as they will close by 10 p.m

I had to question him and his senior and later he apologized. I am really disappointed by the attitude of such staffs who bring shame to the restaurant and other staffs who work and support their customers honestly.

Therefore, I cancelled my order and went back home after a tiring day.

We often go here for their special beef pho and fresh coconut during weekends (then go to Highlands coffee next door afterwards). 😆 This is probably one of the few places serving “pho” that I actually like the beef balls (or meat balls for that matter).
