Điểm + duy nhất là view & chỗ ngồi so với những brand khác trong Estella. Nước pha nhạt toẹt so với các chi nhánh khác. Và điểm - lớn nhất nằm ở Dịch vụ. Bạn nhân viên nam đeo kính ca trưa 15/1 thái độ rất kì lạ. Khách order bạn tỏ rõ sự thiếu kiên nhẫn, lườm liếc khách, lúc mình và bạn mình đang phân vân món nhìn lên mà giật mình! Nhờ bạn tư vấn về chương trình của cửa hàng bạn kêu khách "tự tìm hiểu đi ạ". Thật sự ko muốn nói vì bạn đáng tuổi em trai mình cũng đi làm dịch vụ.
