Phoenix Restaurant & Cafe — Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

I visited Trung Tâm Thương Mại Sasco Tân Sơn Nhất at their location in P.2, Tân Bình, HCMC, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired, earning them a 2-star rating.

On the positive side, the coffee (Cà phê mudi FNB) was quite good—rich and flavorful, exactly what I was hoping for at 79,000 VND. However, the experience took a downturn with the water I ordered. I paid 111,000 VND for a larger bottle (Nước khoáng thiên nh), but was initially served a smaller one. It took some effort and back-and-forth with the staff to finally get the correct bottle, which was frustrating and detracted from what should have been a simple order. For a total bill of 190,000 VND, I expected smoother service, especially at a place located in a commercial center like Sasco Tân Sơn Nhất.

Overall, while the coffee was a highlight, the mix-up with the water and the hassle to correct it made the visit disappointing. I hope they can improve their attention to detail and customer service...

Situé dans la zone publique de l’aéroport, le Phoenix Restaurant & Cafe est pratique pour un repas rapide avant un vol. L’espace est correct, propre, avec un service poli et relativement rapide.

En revanche, les portions sont plutôt faibles au regard des prix pratiqués, et la qualité générale des plats reste très moyenne pour un restaurant d’aéroport. Peu de saveurs marquées, présentation basique, et peu d’originalité.

✨ Une option acceptable si l’on n’a pas d’autre choix ou peu de temps, mais il est préférable de ne pas en attendre plus qu’un simple en-cas.
