Puro Gusto — Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

The bartender was so rude to customers. Her attitude was so bad. While i was waiting for my foods and drinks to prepare, i said i need the cup hangers to take away. I repeated that more than 4 times and she kept ignoring me with a bad attitude. After my orders were ready, she even put them back in her counter so far that I couldn’t reach to my beverages. So i had to tell her to bring them into the front. I remembered that she even “threw” my breads on the table which she could have put them decently with tissues. So bad experience in the morning at Puro Gusto Tan Son Nhat airport! I think that staff needs to be retrained for her customer...

In Vietnam we often find very less vegetarian foods but you have option of coffee in the Vietnam airport we are waiting for so much long time I think 23 hours so there I found this place so much good but it's little bit pencil but good not bad so I some coconut milk Coffee Which is good but it's good and the service person is so good I am a say that if you visit the this airport you must visit coffee place you have many other options for cupcakes cakes others snacks and the coffee sir good but they have less choice of office and other drinks but it's good in the Vietnam...

Bought a tiramisu at Puro Gusto store inside the check-in area.

It was the worst tiramisu I have ever tasted with a weird sour taste. The taste was remarkably horrible I had to come back to buy a water bottle to wash my mouth. I even got mild bellyache after eating the tiramisu.

Of course, the price is not cheap. And I’m still wondering how can you open a cafe and still be able to mess up a very simple cake.

I suspect the cake is old stock. Highly not...
