street styled vendor offering various dishes with extra points for seafood. reasonable prices. crabs curry and fried octopus or squid (with fish sauce) are your must-tries while having a beer. small crowded place but there are also tables on the sidewalk so can easily settle for a group of 10+ (should book in advance if you go after 6pm or come with many people). no AC at all. staff are friendly and tend to get things done quickly. do note that if you are looking for a world class hygiene standard restaurant, you should consider before stepping in. and be careful, the chief staff (i believe so, attached photo) can easily win...

Quán sạch sẽ, thoáng mát, có khu vực ngồi trong nhà và ngoài vỉa hè. Quán luôn đông đúc, khách đến ăn thường xuyên. Lưu ý quán chỉ mở bán buổi chiều tối. Gía hơi cao nhưng theo mình là phù hợp với mặt bằng và chất lượng món ăn. Mình đi 7 người, ăn 11 món bao gồm 2 phần cua và các loại ốc. Tổng bill trên 2 triệu, chia trung bình người 325k. Đồ ăn quán khá ngon, nêm nếm vừa vị và phần ăn khá nhiều. Cua tươi, to và chắc thịt. Nhân viên nhanh nhẹn, phục vụ nhanh và thân thiện. Bên mình order cua gạch, nhưng các bạn lên sai thành cua thịt nhưng sau đó nhân viên đã tự điều chỉnh bill tính tiền thành giá cua thịt cho đúng giá trị món ăn.

The restaurant is clean, airy, with indoor and sidewalk seating areas. The restaurant is always crowded, with regular customers. Note that the restaurant is only open in the afternoon and evening. The price is a bit high, but in my opinion, it is suitable for the area and quality of the food. I went with 7 people, ate 11 dishes including 2 crab and snail dishes. Repeat visit in Mar 2025: their fried squid and lemongrass steamed clams are other recommended dishes here. The curry crab is as tasty as ever.

Best Vietnamese curry crab in Saigon. Specify female crabs if you like crab roe. Yummy. Had it as a takeaway last night. Make sure you order some banh mi to dip into the curry.

The “Oc” dishes are good too although nothing spectacular.
