More misses than hits here, unfortunately. I was excited to make it here, which took me all the way from across town.. just for a burger. I brought my wife and my brother in law.
She ordered the soft crab burger, and my brother in law got the double classic. I got the wagyu... all three sandwiches were about 200k, when is considered a very expensive meal in Saigon compared to what the average folk spends on a local meal. Of course this wasn't your typical restaurant and I understand things cost what they cost. Safe, high quality food comes at a high premium here. Nevertheless all three sandwiches were underwhelming. All three burgers were executed well, with exception to the fried soft crab missing a claw in my wife's burger, which we both took notice to. But from a recipe standpoint they weren't great. I asked my guests to grade their burgers and my wife gave hers a F. I thought she was bing dramatic am because the burger looked fine but I didn't try it so I really don't know if it was that bad. I asked her to elaborate. She simply didn't like it. It lacked flavor and was entirely underwhelming. And worse she had paid a massive 220k for it which kind of made things worse think lol... High prices calls for high expectations (as they should given the average costs of meals here).
As for my Wagyu burger I graded it a B-.. it had a noticeably strong truffle flavor..perhaps a bit too strong that overwhelmed the beefier flavors. It was a heavy burger and from that standpoint I got my money's worth. But from an enjoyment standpoint I gave it a solid B. Overall a B- whe price is considered. Anyone paying 4 times the cost of a the best bowl of Pho in Saigon will agree whatever it is it'd better be knock it out if the park. It just didn't for me
And my brother in law's? He didn't say much but he took his time eating it and gave it a B as well.
There you have it. Three misses. I hope your experience will be better than ours.

We visited Relish and Sons for a birthday treat, and it definitely hit the spot! The atmosphere was casual yet cool—perfect for a laid-back celebration with seriously good food.
I had the Sloppy Joe burger, which was packed with flavor and just the right amount of messy—exactly how a Sloppy Joe should be! The tater tots were golden and crispy, though they were more of a crispy shell with not much inside. Still, they paired nicely with the excellent range of house-made sauces—the tomato chilli relish was a standout, bursting with tangy, spicy goodness.
My partner ordered the Wagyu burger, and it was a showstopper—juicy, rich, and cooked to perfection. The buns were soft, fresh, and held everything together without getting soggy, which is always a win.
Service was friendly and fast, and the whole experience felt like a step above your typical burger joint. Definitely worth a visit if you're craving quality burgers with a...
