BAP’S French Bakery — Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

Good bread, like it a lot. I buy and take away few times. But some staff needs more training: I bought a bread and asked for it to be cut in halves, one half is keep whole and one is sliced because i cannot eat them all in one meal. She said in Vietnamese "What do you mean? I only can slice them all in the machine." I was in a rush and don't bother to say anything other than "Ok, slice them all", although there were chopping board and a knife. Maybe I was ignorant about how the slicing machine works or she needs more training on how to use chopping board, knife or ... just maybe, hospitality.

Whenever I crave for a croissant, BAP is the place to go. It’s by far my 5’th time visiting this lovely bakery, to taste their croissant again. As it’s a bit far from my home so I always grab 2 or more. The Price is reasonable (30,000 VND for a croissant) and I can have the best croissant in the city?? Defenitely worth it!! The atmosphere here is wonderful for hanging out with friends. Employees are friendly. I sometimes meet the owners, both are very enthusiasm and friendly to greet. Defenitely...

seemed excited to have a bakery in the neighborhood. Nice selection, but a bit disappointed after we bought a loaf of bread, but it was undercooked and soggy inside.
