Came across this shop when walk past since looking for beef pho for lunch. Shop is 90% full on the 1st day of Tet between 2 pm to 3 pm. Take quite a while to be served with the coffee. Follow by pho & spring roll. Was served the wrong coffee w/o milk. Had it topped up with milk. Can see the couple busy serving the customers without any helper. Have to wait for at least 20 mins for each serving. Anyway, have the time to wait since it is Tet & most shops / restaurants are short of manpower. Ordered a Special Banh Mi for a takeaway. The portion of the pho is big. Beef is fresh. While the spring roll is very fresh & does not stick to the plate. Food overall is very good to my tastebuds. The environment is air condition. The couple do speak good English. You will not have problem communicating with them.

The waiter returned and gave me a change of.VND55,000. That was a whopping VND200,000 short!! I couldn’t help but had a good guess what the earlier customer who was also a foreigner was making noise about. I can hardly believe and accept that the waiter who is Vietnamese could make such an arithmetical mistake. Surely he is very familiar with the number of zeros of their currency. I will not make a conclusion but I do not think that was a very genuine mistake, for it happened twice in my short span in the restaurant. So not a...
